By creating an account and using the Infinity platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this service. These terms apply to all users of the platform.

Infinity is an algorithmic trading automation service developed by Prosecurities Academy. It connects your broker accounts, runs our options trading strategies on them and lets you monitor live positions. Our team backtests each strategy and shares the reports with you. The platform is a tool — it does not provide investment advice or portfolio management services.

• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and positions executed through the platform.
• You must keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
• You must not use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or market-manipulative activity.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of automated strategies complies with your broker's terms and applicable regulations.

Prosecurities Academy and Infinity do not provide investment advice, financial planning, or portfolio management services. All strategies, tools, and information on this platform are for educational and automation purposes only and should not be construed as financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prosecurities Academy shall not be liable for any financial losses, missed trades, technical failures, or any other damages arising from the use of this platform. You use the platform entirely at your own risk.

Fees for the service, if any, are agreed with each client before their account is set up. We will give active clients at least 30 days' notice of any change to their fees.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use the platform in a manner that causes harm to other users or the service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
